OH STUDIO SALON (“the maison”) operates the dual experiences Blond Lady and The Wellness House in Casablanca, and the digital platform that hosts reservations, client portal, boutique, and concierge guidance.

What we collect

Identity and contact details you provide (name, email, phone), reservation preferences, membership cards, boutique orders, messages sent to the maison, and technical data needed for security (such as IP for rate limiting).

How we use it

To confirm chairs, deliver service, manage membership, process boutique orders, answer concierge inquiries, improve the platform, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

Data may be processed by trusted providers strictly for email delivery, hosting, and payment (when enabled). They act under instruction and confidentiality appropriate to a maison.

Retention

We retain booking and account records for as long as needed for service history, accounting, and dispute resolution, then delete or anonymise when no longer required.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by writing to the maison concierge email. We will respond with care and within a reasonable time.
