Reservations
Every booking stays pending until the maison confirms. Prices shown are from-prices and may vary with length, colour, or VIP composition. The maison may propose another time if a chair cannot be held.

Punctuality
Late arrival may shorten the ritual so the next guest keeps their silence. Repeated no-shows may affect future online requests.

Cancellation
Please cancel or reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice via the client portal or by contacting the house.

Payments
Payment methods (maison desk, transfer, or online when enabled) are shown during reserve or boutique checkout. Pending payments do not guarantee a chair until the maison validates.

Boutique & membership
Product availability and membership packages follow what is published for each house. Cards are issued after payment confirmation.

Conduct
Guests are asked to respect the quiet of the rooms, staff, and other clients. The maison may refuse service in case of inappropriate behaviour.

Platform
Content, trademarks, and design of the platform belong to OH STUDIO SALON / OH STUDIO as applicable. Do not misuse the site, scrape catalogues abusively, or attempt unauthorised access.

Liability
Services are provided with professional care. To the extent permitted by Moroccan law, the maison is not liable for indirect damages arising from platform use or scheduling changes beyond its reasonable control.
